1. Who we are

NexTech Global Ltd. operates NexTech Platform and is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. We connect independent real estate brokerages through a professional platform, technology and network. Local property services are delivered by the relevant brokerage under its own permissions and responsibilities.

2. Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, phone number and selected country code. Depending on the form, you may also provide your company, city, property goal, budget and currency, timing, payment preference and a description of your requirement. We record the enquiry type, source page, consent and submission reference. Hosting and form services may process technical information such as IP address and browser details to deliver and protect the service.

Please share only information needed for your enquiry. Do not include identity documents, banking details or another person’s confidential information in an open enquiry form.

3. Why we use it

We use enquiry information to respond, assess your request, arrange conversations, coordinate relevant introductions and keep a record of our communications. We rely on your consent where requested, steps taken at your request before an agreement, and legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and maintaining a secure service where applicable. Legal obligations may also require some processing. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing.

4. Who receives it

Enquiries are stored through Netlify Forms and notified to NexTech’s designated enquiry recipients. Hosting, form and email providers process information needed to provide these services. Where you request an introduction to a brokerage, we explain any sharing at the point of enquiry and seek your consent where required. We do not sell enquiry information.

A direct link to a brokerage website opens that provider’s website. It does not itself submit a NexTech enquiry form. If you choose to book through Calendly, information you enter there is handled under Calendly’s privacy terms. Google Maps loads only if you allow external content.

5. International processing

Our service providers and relevant brokerage contacts may be outside your country. Where applicable data protection law requires safeguards for a transfer, the appropriate transfer conditions must be met. Contact us for information about the recipients and arrangements relevant to your enquiry.

6. Retention and security

We retain enquiry information for as long as needed to respond, maintain the resulting business relationship and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Retention depends on the enquiry’s status, contractual requirements and legal obligations. You can request deletion; information may need to be retained where a lawful reason applies. No website or email system can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Contact partnership@nextechplatform.com; we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

For processing within its scope, the DIFC Data Protection Law No. 5 of 2020 applies. You may also raise concerns with the DIFC Commissioner of Data Protection. Other applicable laws may provide additional rights.

8. Cookies and external content

We store your external-content preference on this device and use session storage to avoid repeating an invitation after an enquiry. No analytics or advertising trackers are installed in this website build. Optional Google Maps content is blocked until you allow it. 9. Children and policy updates

This website is intended for adults and professional businesses. We do not knowingly request children’s information. We update this notice when the website’s processing changes and show the revision date above.

Optional LinkedIn advertising measurement

With your marketing permission, we use the LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure advertising performance and support retargeting. LinkedIn receives technical visit data such as page URL, referrer, IP address, device/browser information and timestamp. This website integration does not enable enhanced matching or send enquiry form fields to LinkedIn. You can withdraw permission through Cookie preferences. Optional website analytics

Google Analytics helps us understand visits, campaign sources, content and location selections, document interactions, contact-link clicks and the steps of an enquiry, including validation failures and successful saves. Search activity is measured by result counts, without sending the search text. It loads only when you enable Website analytics in Cookie preferences. It may use cookies and receive device, browser and visit information. We do not send your enquiry details to Google Analytics. Advertising personalisation is disabled. Event-level exploration data is retained for up to 14 months; aggregated reports may be retained longer. You can withdraw permission through Cookie preferences; this stops further collection but does not remove data already received. See how Google uses information from websites.

Optional session insights

With your separate Clarity permission, Microsoft Clarity provides heatmaps and session recordings to help us improve website usability. Clarity may collect interactions, device information and page activity. Enquiry content and search inputs are masked. Microsoft advertising consent is denied by this integration.
