The momentum behind the numbers

In September, the network began with one NexTech Verified Broker. October brought that figure to eight. By 2 November 2026, NexTech confirmed 27 NexTech Verified Brokers across 27 countries and four continents. The Global Momentum Report records that progression and the collaboration model behind it.

The change from one to 27 represents 26 additional NexTech Verified Brokers. It describes the size of the network at the reporting date; it is not a measure of transaction volume, referral income or property-price growth.

A wider network begins with a local relationship

A client may know exactly who to call in their home market and still need help in a city abroad. The original broker understands the client’s priorities. A broker in the destination market understands the neighbourhoods, available properties and local transaction process. NexTech connects those two forms of knowledge.

The relationship becomes useful when the client requirement reaches the appropriate participating broker. More locations create more possible connections, while each enquiry still needs a clear brief, suitable local expertise and an agreed way of working.

One brings the client. Another knows the market.

The report describes a two-way opportunity: introduce an overseas requirement to a participating brokerage, or provide your local expertise to a client referred from elsewhere. Independent brokerages continue to bring their own relationships and market knowledge to the collaboration.

The receiving brokerage manages the local transaction. Eligible referral commissions are shared on successful transactions under the agreed commercial framework. A network connection is the starting point; client service and professional follow-through make it valuable.

What this means for your brokerage

Think first about the requirements already reaching your team. Which destinations do clients mention? Where could your local expertise support someone arriving from another market? These questions make international growth concrete before you consider an additional office or overseas team.

The next step is to understand the NexTech model, the selection process and the scope of your agreed location. Participation is for selected brokers. The full report gives you a concise introduction to the network’s momentum and the opportunity to collaborate.
